Also some general fixes available.

Yoda Katz reported an issue with minutes displayed without preceding 0. It looked as “16:1″ instead “16:01″
I’d like to thank him for a report.
The fix was applied in the current version.

I really appreciate helping message from KosherJava. He made a great work, for finding out the source of the problem described in this post.
I fixed all the files in Zmanim widget and now all functionality is working as expected.
