In current version, I add possibility to localize widget messages to your native language.

As the first foreign language, Russian translation was added. In future, I plan to add Hebrew, Latvian and Estonian languages.

This version’s name will be Bells and Whistles.

I know how it is difficult sometimes to look for latitude and longitude of your location. To make this process easier, I added a functionality, which allows to select location from auto complete menu and it will insert proper latitude and longitude to proper boxes.
In this release, I haven’t found an easy way to determine UTC offset. Hope in future release to add this functionality.
