Hi,

Thanks for your prompt answer.

I just installed and activated wassup without any problem.
I will look at the code a little closer when I have time.

Thanks agai

Thanks a lot for a feedback. I am glad to see that this widget is useful.
I see that your theme uses h3 tag for headers of widgets. I used it in my code for separating sections.
I will check if this is common issue, or just with your theme.

also, I will add your suggestions to TODO list. I really appreciate your suggestions. Thanks again

Moishe,
Thanks for the effort that went into developing this. It looks pretty good on my site, but I noticed a few areas that need fixing. I hope you don't mind the long list (that will probably grow over time). I don't know if my ordered list html will survive this post. Maybe you want to add some type of post preview plugin.

The theme I use splits the widget into 3 (I really don't know much about widgets), so the title is misleading since the location only applies to the calendar and not the zmanim.
The location name Lakewood, NJ gets truncated after the comma.
Removing and re-adding the widget results in the loss of the location data. Can it be persisted?
The Shabbos text "It remains 1 day" should probably be "tomorrow", "2 days from now" etc..
There is a mix of Ashkenazi and Sefardi spellings such as Shabat, Hatzot VS Tallis, Alos (not to mention the mixed case of the letter Ches/Hes Mincha VS Hatzos
There should probably be a config option if to use Ashkenazi, Sefardi or even Hebrew text
Ability to select zmanim from a more extensive list
The indentation in the Shabat time display causes wrapping. Just skip the indentation

hello,
I haven't modified the theme at all. Maybe the problem is somewhere in modifications. Could you try to install some other widget to verify if the problem is with zmanim-widget, or it is general?
I use this theme on this site and on <a href="http://test.kosherdev.com" rel="nofollow">test.kosherdev.com</a>. And have no problem with install and uninstall of this plugin.

Actually, these messages are not Errors, they are Notice and Warning. This might happen, because I enabled error reporting in widget. This was done for debugging. I will remove in future releases.

Shalom,

I tried the last version of Zmanim widget. I use the same theme as yours, slightly modified.
When Activating the widget, on the blog admin plugins page I get the message:

Notice: Undefined index: page in .../blog/wp-content/themes/jq/functions.php on line 102

as well as error messages on all the admin and blog pages.

When I deactivate I get this additional message:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at .../blog/wp-content/plugins/zmanim-widget/zmanim-widget.php:29) in .../blog/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 865

Have you an idea why?

Thanks
