In this release I added the following functionality:
- text area now uses tinyMCE for adding message to locked page.
- Added message to display in case comments are locked
- time will be detected according to UTC +/- current offset

ToDo list:
- determine shabat time by user’s IP/location.
Installation:
1. Download it from here.
2. unpack to wp-content/plugins
3. Enable it
4. Go to Settings -> Shabat Keeper and change settings.
